Dopamine is a small, bright corner of Old Tbilisi built around one idea: the good stuff is worth slowing down for. We bake our own sourdough, brew specialty coffee with care, and plate a Copenhagen-style breakfast like it matters — because it does.
Come morning it's coffee and pastry; come midday it's sourdough melts and farm-egg plates; come evening there's natural wine, deli bites and a shelf of objects worth taking home.
